James Abdulla is the co-founder and majority owner of AWK Development, Inc. and J&E Real Estate LP & LLC.  Both companies are engaged in government and subsidized affordable and market rate single and multi- family housing development projects.  The companies work together to facilitate new development and renovation projects.
